Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds are not possible once an order has started or is in progress.
If the order has not started within 48 hours from the time of payment, and service conditions are met, a cancellation or partial refund request may be submitted.
If there is a server issue or technical failure on our end, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the situation.

If your order has been running for a long time but has not actually started, and a report is submitted, we may review and accept a refund or partial refund.
You must provide your order ID and relevant details via our support channel to be eligible for consideration.

Refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

The order is already in process or completed.
The submitted profile/link/account becomes private, broken, deleted, or inaccessible after order placement.
You change your username, profile name, or link after placing the order.
Your account gets locked, banned, or has privacy settings changed.
You submitted the wrong or invalid link.
You placed multiple orders on the same link, which may affect refill or delivery accuracy.
You expect real/active followers, views, or interactions from services that clearly state they are for visibility only.
The service was delivered but results were lower due to platform algorithm changes or daily limits.

If your order fails to start and is found to be incomplete due to platform issues, we may cancel it and issue a full or partial refund based on our investigation.
If your account or post violates platform terms, we are not responsible for delivery failure.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is a violation of our policy.
This may lead to account suspension and blacklisting from future purchases.
